Plan your manual saves before chasing completion. PowerPyx’s October 8, 2026 roadmap reports no Chapter Select, post-story free roam or New Game Plus: returning to earlier areas requires an appropriate manual save. Its launch-period estimate is 8–10 hours, 4/10 difficulty and a one-playthrough minimum, with all trophies eligible on the easiest difficulty. These are the guide’s estimates, not a guaranteed completion time.[1]

Keep recovery saves at meaningful boundaries
The roadmap lists two rotating autosave slots and eight manual save slots per playthrough slot. Spread manual saves across progression rather than repeatedly replacing your only early save. Since autosaves rotate, treat them as short-term recovery; reserve manual slots for sections containing unfinished requirements. PowerPyx explicitly recommends distributing saves so missed opportunities can be replayed.[1]
Use the progression checkpoints to identify your position through the Objectives menu. The walkthrough says higher-level objectives also appear on save files, making those labels useful when deciding which save to preserve.[2]
Audit categories before leaving an area
PowerPyx labels 20 trophies missable and describes all non-story trophies as missable because earlier sections cannot freely be revisited. Prioritize these checks rather than assuming a cleanup session will be available after the ending.[1]
- Collect and craft separately. Librarian requires all 12 recipes; Artificer requires making every craftable item. The roadmap reports no in-game record of which items you have crafted, with finite materials that neither respawn nor can be purchased. Use the crafting checklist before spending scarce supplies on repeated crafts.[1]
- Acquire equipment deliberately. Guns, Lots of Guns requires five firearms; Lord of War requires filling five attachment slots on one firearm. Follow firearms and upgrades for the acquisition route and the recommended SMG attachment plan.[1]
- Activate both pillar sets. There are five Pain Pillars and five Suffering Pillars. Consult the pillar locations before advancing through Labyrinth passages, where walls can close behind you.[1]
- Preserve encounter opportunities. A Quiet Place requires leaving the graveyard without being seen or throwing anything. Save at the church on arrival and again at the shack after the outward journey, as the walkthrough recommends.[2]
First shop: the reported PS5 tracking issue
PowerPyx’s October 8 roadmap specifically reports PS5 trophy-tracker failures for What’re Ya Buyin? and What’re Ya Sellin? after the first shop. Their requirements are spending 666+ coins and earning 999+ coins from sales. This is a dated PS5 report, not evidence that Steam achievements share the issue.[1]
Its reported workaround is to save immediately left of the first shop, sell inventory items, buy items and sell again. If both trophies have not unlocked when funds run out, reload that manual save and repeat. The walkthrough also identifies Buyback as an option. Treat this as the supplied guide’s workaround, not a guaranteed fix.[1][2]
Ending spoilers: both choices and the reported final-autosave method
Experience Beyond Limits requires accepting the Cenobites’ offer by following them through the hole in the apartment wall. Human After All requires remaining in the apartment until the opening closes.[1]
PowerPyx reports that, after returning to the main menu, loading the final autosave returns you to the ending sequence so you can choose the opposite outcome. This ending-specific method does not provide access to earlier collectible areas.[2][1]
